Medical Tourism is the industry, within the area of health services complementing tourist one, generating accrual of exchange for the country. If we commit ourselves, we can make of our country a powerful nation worldwide as a tourist destination on health and wellness, which is why Mexico must design public policies to foster and promote the development of Medical Tourism. With the advantage that up to date, Mexico is the favorite destination of 1 million U.S. and Canadian retirees, and it could turn out to also be the favorite one on medical treatments.
